Sim-Ergy was founded in 2018 by a skilled group of engineers and project managers, who believe that the most effective way to enhance employees' abilities is by allowing them to experience the stress of a real-life situation, and develop the skills for those precise conditions. Virtual reality makes that possible without the cost, risk, or time of implementing such training activities in the real world.
Sim-Ergy has continuously adapted to the needs and requirements of our clients, for example adding additional scenarios and courses, as well as increasing platform integration to account for mobile, desktop, and standalone solutions. To date, Sim-Ergy has worked with companies in manufacturing, healthcare, education, and executive leadership, though our specialty lays in corporations with large workforces and heavy training traffic.

Sim-Ergy solutions can be implemented with a variety of 3rd-party headsets on the market, which we can also help acquire and integrate for our clients.
